The Landscape Course - EVENING
How do you create textures within landscapes? How is it possible to capture the atmosphere of a landscape, whilst creating something contemporary and visually impactful?
On this course, we will have a deep dive into mark-making & texture using both classical & modern techniques. Over six weeks, we will look at three different ways of capturing texture using different mediums. We will be taking inspiration from textures both in everyday vistas and far off lands.
Online with Zoom & In-Person at The Kingswood Estate, Bristol.

'Let There be Light' Course - DAYTIME
Learn how to elevate your technique, gain inspiration, and discover your creative style with this mixed media drawing and painting course.
On this course, we will look at how to capture light within artwork. Over the course of 10 weeks we will explore: Charcoal Da Vinci style portraits, soft pastel colourful black cats, ink pen & wash octopus, reflective watercolours, illuminated gouache woodlands and iridescent acrylic kingfishers.
In-person at Winterbourne Down.

Join myself and Averys Wine Merchants for a delightful Paint and Wine evening in an atmospheric 18th Century wine cellar underneath the streets of Bristol.
Unleash your creativity, whilst enjoying 1 glass of something fizzy and 4 specially selected glasses of wine from Avery’s Sommeliers. Four carefully selected cheeses will complement and enrich the flavours of the wine.
